Purpose

These terms govern access to MaFeliza, a service for private and family events: digital invitations, collaborative photo album, guestbook, messaging, embedded live streams and links to an external gift pot.

Acceptance

Using the service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, you must not create an account or use MaFeliza.

Access

MaFeliza is available on the web, and soon on iOS and Android apps. The publisher aims to provide reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occur.

Age and capacity

The service is intended for persons with legal capacity. Unless the publisher decides otherwise, registration is limited to persons aged 15 or over. A minor may use MaFeliza only under the responsibility of their legal guardian.

User account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account. Sign-in via Google, Apple or Facebook, when enabled, links your MaFeliza account to the identity supplied by that provider.

Events and content

The organiser is responsible for the event they create, the invitations they send, the people they invite and the content they publish or allow to be published. Photos, guestbook messages, conversations and stories must comply with the law, third-party rights and the image rights of people photographed. The organiser agrees to inform guests that photos may be captured and published on MaFeliza.

In particular, illegal, hateful, child sexual, defamatory or violent content, or content that infringes privacy, is prohibited. MaFeliza provides reporting and moderation tools and may hide or delete content, suspend an account or close an event.

External gift pots

MaFeliza does not collect payments, hold funds, keep a balance, redistribute money or charge any commission. Reaction buttons showing an indicative amount (for example €1, €2, €5 or €10) do not process any payment inside MaFeliza: they only open the external gift pot chosen by the organiser. The transaction, payment methods, fees and terms are solely those of that third-party platform. The organiser is solely responsible for the gift-pot link they provide.

Live streams

MaFeliza does not produce, encode, transport or host any video stream. Lives are YouTube Live or Twitch embeds. Quality, continuity, availability and replay retention are the responsibility of the external platforms and broadcasters. Switching camera only switches from one embed to another. The third-party player is loaded on click, after consent to embedded-player cookies.

Liability

MaFeliza is a technical tool. The publisher is not a party to relationships between organiser, guests and third-party platforms (gift pot, YouTube, Twitch, social sign-in). To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability is limited to proven direct damage caused by its fault, excluding indirect damage.

Term, suspension and deletion

You may delete your account from Settings. After confirmation, sessions are revoked and data is purged according to the retention periods in the privacy policy. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. After an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
